Tian Yi Qi Feng Shui

I am Sam Lai, a geomancer based in Singapore. At the age of 31, I am one of the youngest students well versed in geomancy. I have studied under several professional and well known geomancers in the Asia Pacific region.

However, life isn't always smooth sailing for me. When I was eight years old, I started selling "kueh" for my mother, took up odd jobs, part-time to help support the family.

I must say I have never liked to study very much. But one day when I came across "Tong Sheng" (Chinese Almanac) at home, I was engrossed in it. It sparked my interest in Feng Shui. It was through sheer chance that my good friend told me about a complete feng shui training course.

Due to my strong passion in Feng Shui, I signed up for the course. I was working at that time but I spent many hours after work to revise. As a beginner, I started to practise feng shui, to set what I have learnt at home. I am amazed by the effects of feng shui. When this course had ended, I sought out many other well-known geomancers to learn from them.

I started off as a part-time geomancer, while still holding on to my full-time job. Gradually, my part-time earnings begin to top my full-time job. It's at that moment, with the support of my masters and customers, I started my career as a geomancer and open up my geomancy business.

Till now I have been in geomancy business for 13 years, inclusive of those years as a part-timer. I have many good customers and disciples who have followed me through all these years.

The next 20 years-cycle of Feng Shui, the period 8 has arrived in 2004. Since then, I started to plan for the launch of Tian Yi Qi Feng Shui. It aims to be a combination of Geomancy, sophisticated interior design and technologies.

As I am a Chinese speaking Geomancer, over my years of practice, I am unable to communicate in English fluently. Fortunately, I have my disciples and assistants to translate for me.

My vision for Tian Yi Qi is to advocate the benefits of feng shui to a wider group of audiences. This website, is set up to share the true essence of Feng Shui with everyone and everywhere.
